Five stars for very good coffee (many variations). I have currently ordered coffee online (gift) and the shipment was there promptly. Very nice employee contact on the phone. This is what good customer service looks like :)

Here it looks like the boss has a knack for nice staff. Great advice. Great atmosphere. Great products. Keep it up!

I used to like going there. In principle, the service is friendly, but we had to wait a long time to be served. The distance when asked about food was anything but kept by the boss, very uncomfortable. The order was not recorded, so several components were wrong. When asked, it was first discussed whether it was necessary to replace the court now. That was the case last time. It might help to write down certain things or to ask again if necessary. One of the dinner plates was dirty with other people's leftovers. For the high prices, the quality has to be right ... I won't come again for now.

One of a few nice coffee places in Osnabrück. The service was very fast, coffee was good and the atmosphere was cozy. Highly recommend this cafe! :)

Great coffee, interesting atmosphere, good staff. Cold as a hygiene concept, well! We have avoided the chain's cafes.

The pancakes for breakfast come highly recommended. The cake selection is also very good and the ambience and service match!

Wonderful café, serving delicious coffee, in my opinion the very BEST in town. They offer a variety of different brewings: filter, coldbrew, espressi, etc... you may even choose the roast if your preference ? Very friendly staff.. This place gets busy AF during times. Cakes & a variety of snacks are being served as well. An absolut MUST when you´re in town cheers

A very nice and cozy place. There is a large selection of coffee from all over the world. The breakfast here is very good and the staff very friendly. I had to wait a little longer to order a second coffee, even though the waitress kept walking past me. But it was also very full so a recommendable and good shop. :)

First waited 10 minutes for operation. When asked, someone came out to the guests. Then waited over an hour for a simple breakfast. When I asked twice, I was given some of the clothes and 10 minutes later the rest. That the espresso wasn't hot and there was no sugar in it didn't surprise me anymore. When paying, the tip was then kindly pointed out. That's not working at all. Distance rules in business are also ignored.

Perfect coffee and a great breakfast! We had omelettes and pancakes and the freshly squeezed orange juice. In addition, a relaxed atmosphere, the service was attentive and hard-working. And the cakes on the counter looked very tempting.

Nice freshly ground coffee, with hot and really super tasty cake ... definitely a must do category. If you like coffee, you can also buy your own restaurant coffee. So ... go here ... you are welcome ...

So I've already visited a few barista places in the world and this is definitely not a barista place. The coffee at every 1 euro bakery was better from the finished machine.

ILLY who prepares the coffee types is unfortunately un professional with the customer service. I ordered a stamped coffee that neither tasted nor had a hint of Sidamo. The coffee at the gas station would have been better, kerosene taste similar coffee. When I wanted another coffee for it, I was charged again for the coffee that is declared as stamp coffee. Weird comments from the hip that are unnecessary and unprofessional. It's a shame to the owner Nicole.

Unfortunately, omelette was completely drowned in fat. I don't understand how this is possible. Price-performance 1/10. Service staff terribly weak, almost every dish brought to the wrong table.

Very nice, strong and well-rounded coffee specialties. The choice of dishes reads perfectly. And the pancakes for breakfast are a poem. The comfort of the outside seating is definitely in need of improvement. The chairs were wobbly to uncomfortable at best. The size of the food could be a bit bigger for the price to fill you up. Nonetheless, I'll give it 5 stars and I'll be back, maybe inside.

Bad service, way too full (1.5 distance definitely not given) and way too loud. We received the wrong drink in dish twice and in the end, despite ordering the same dish, we had 2 completely different preparations and ingredients. What a shame...

As a pronounced lover of all kinds of coffee drinks, I really like the coffee house. It is clean here, the service is very friendly and everything is delicious. The quality is impressively high, keep it up !!

So everyone can start my morning (or like the day, be interrupted '). Very nice staff, a great menu with fresh and delicious dishes. An amazing selection of coffees, which can be freshly roasted and, if desired, also ground or tasted. First class!

Such a cute place. Their cakes are absolutely amazing. Their hot chocolate, teas, and coffee are delicious.

Lovely place for breakfast, coffee, lunch, brunch! Very cozy and laid-back atmosphere. They serve all-day breakfast and their french toast was amazing. Nice service, though it was quite crowded so it took some time to order. Drinks and food came quickly though, can recommend this place!

Good to grab some coffee with your company

Coffee average. Cramped space. Their brand of cola horrible! Worst of all their Panini Serranoschink was pathetically minimal at €4,50. Very poor value! I would have given a 1/2 star or none if that was possible!
